Andy Foskey

Andy Foskey has close to two decades of experience in working with middle-market companies. Prior to joining Hunt, Foskey spent the first ten years of his career working in banking and investment banking, providing capital and M&A advisory services to middle-market companies for Comerica Bank in Detroit.

Foskey moved into more operating-oriented roles as the CFO of a private equity backed equipment rental company and vice president of corporate development for J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc., a holding company with numerous subsidiaries that manufacture consumer and industrial products, principally for the transportation industry.

Foskey has been involved in over thirty M&A transactions in his career, which span a broad range of consumer and industrial industries.

Foskey earned a BA from Michigan State University, an MBA from Wayne State University, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a member of the CFA Institute, and previously on the board of the Houston
chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
