Ben Nelson

Benjamin Nelson is vice president and general counsel for Hunt Investment Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for oversight and legal representation.

Before joining Hunt, Nelson  was a corporate securities partner with Hughes & Luce LLP in Dallas, and previously worked with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California and Austin, Texas, and with Fulbright & Jaworski in Dallas, Texas. While at these firms, Nelson helped clients close more than 150 private equity, M&A, public offering or other financing transactions.

Nelson graduated from Duke Law School with a JD and Stanford University with a BA in history.
