• $2 million to $5 million of EBITDA
• Strong historical growth trends

Use of Funds

• Working capital purposes, including product line extensions and complementary product offerings
• Recapitalizations to provide founders with partial liquidity, buyout a non-active partner or improve balance sheet
• Strategic acquisitions or production capacity investments

Transaction Structure

• Initial investment size ranges from $2 million to $6 million
• Additional capital is available to pursue strategic acquisition opportunities
• Meaningful minority ownership interest, typically 25% or greater
• Senior equity with protective governance provisions

Geography

• Headquartered in U.S., with a preference for the southwest
